Average wage in 27 Chinese major cities 2018
In the third quarter of 2018, the average monthly salary of major cities nationwide was 7,847 yuan. Among them, the company continued to lead in the north, and remained in the first echelon. Beijing ranked first with an average salary of 10,740 yuan, followed by Shanghai, with an average salary of 10,237 yuan.
As the other two first-tier cities, the average monthly salary in Shenzhen and Guangzhou also exceeded 9000 yuan, ranking third and fourth. The average salary of the other major cities also maintained a steady upward trend.
2018年第三季度全国主要城市平均月薪为7847元。其中北上深广持续领先，保持在第一梯队，北京以10740元的平均薪酬位居第一，上海紧随其后，以10237元的平均薪酬列位第二。
作为另外两个一线城市，深圳、广州平均月薪也突破了9000元，位列第三第四名。其余各大城市平均薪酬也保持稳定上升态势。
山东明确，2021年企业职工货币工资增长基准线为7%。根据国务院及省政府关于改革国有企业工资决定机制要求，企业工资指导线基数为2020年全国城镇非私营单位就业人员平均工资97379元；不再发布企业职工货币工资增长上线、下线。

国家统计局公布数据显示，2018年全国城镇非私营单位就业人员平均工资为82461元，比2017年增加8143元，名义增长11%。私营单位就业人员平均工资为49575元，比上年增加3814元，名义增长8.3%。
