作为世界第五大汽车市场，2019年印度的乘用车销量还不到300万辆，同比下跌了12.4%
As the world’s fifth largest car market, India’s passenger car sales in 2019 are less than 3 million units, a year-on-year decrease of 12.4%.
它的千人保有量仅为27辆，而中国是145辆，这是相当有吸引力的。不少外媒甚至把如今的印度汽车市场比作2000年左右的中国。
It has only 27 vehicles per thousand, while China has 145, which is quite attractive. Many foreign media have even compared the Indian automobile market today to China around 2000.
