Alfa Romeo GIULIA QV

The 2015 Alfa Romeo Giulia has made its motor show debut at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show, but in its top-end Quadrifoglio Verde (QV) variant.

The Giulia is based on Alfa Romeo’s new rear-wheel drive architecture, emphasizing on the sporty nature of the four-door sedan.

The QV variant packs an all new 2.9-liter twin-turbo V6 engine developed by engineers from Ferrari, and is rated at 510 hp. Power is supplied to the rear wheels via a 6-speed manual gearbox, and with an overall weight of just 1,524 kg, the sedan dashes from 0-100 kmph in just 3.9 seconds. For increased stopping power, the Giulia QV comes with optional carbon ceramic brakes.
