Yes, still some years to go.
But now for infants and toddlers the child seats are required now.
That’s like saying eighty thousand, plus or minus twenty thousand, lives were lost to traffic accidents in 2013. Some one must be keeping better records than that.
Part of the problem is that in China about ninety per cent of infants and toddlers aren’t protected by use of a child safety seat.
As they say, “Rome wasn’t built in a day”. China is still new to this.
