Chinese Floating Dock used by building DDG-1000 中国的浮船坞 ZUMWALT (DDG 1000) 美军最强DDG-1000驱逐舰离不开中国制造 说到美国海军的DDG-1000朱姆沃尔特级驱逐舰，大多数人都会想到它万吨的排水量和科幻的造型以及它所安装的“电磁炮”。近期传来的DDG-1000即将完工下水的消息，也让不少人惊叹这一划时代的“大杀器”终于被人类所建造出来了。然而，即使是如此的美国高精尖的武器项目，依然少不了中国制造的身影。 早在2000年，负责DDG-1000建造工作的巴斯钢铁造船厂就购进了一艘产自中国的浮船坞。这艘浮船坞由江都粤海造船有限公司制造，是当时中国为美国建造的最大特种工程船，长231.822米，型宽55.067米，型深23.47米，举力28000吨，自重19600吨，专门承修核潜艇、驱逐舰等军用船舶以及大型商船海洋平台。该坞实行中央集控台控制，性能优越，船舶建造标准符合英国劳氏船级社与美国海军船舶装备的技术要求。该船坞建造耗时超过18个月，价值2700万美元。该船坞于2000年8月27日离开上海，横跨整个大西洋抵达位于美国缅因州的巴斯钢铁造船厂，行程超过24000公里。而这艘船坞也成为巴斯钢铁造船厂的主力干船坞，多艘美国海军军舰都在该干船坞上建造，下水，而DDG-1000也不例外。 除了这艘干船坞外，DDG-1000的建造过程依然没有离开“中国制造”的身影。在 DDG-1000的建造过程中，有安装舰岛的过程，而负责吊起舰岛并安装在舰体上的港口吊机上写着大大的“SPMC”字样，而“SPMC”则是现在已经被振华港机收购的“上海港机股份有限公司”。而振华港机名气更大。不久前奥巴马演讲“多用美国货”时，被吹掉的美国国旗下遮盖的商标便是振华港机的标志。上海振华港口机械(集团)股份有限公司是世界知名起重机和大型钢结构制造商，主要生产岸边集装箱起重机、轮胎式集装箱龙门起重机、散货装、卸船机、斗轮堆取料机、门座起重机、浮吊和工程船舶以及大型钢桥构件等。按英国《World Cargo News》杂志统计，近七年ZPMC大型集装箱机械的订单居世界同行首位。自主设计、开发世界首创的可吊双40英尺集装箱起重机、已投入使用的双小车集装箱起重机等处于世界领先地位。 作为中国制造可以在美国创下如此成绩，这说明了中国的重工业发展有了长足的进步。而这些重工业企业，正是中国追赶世界先进的重要基石。 http://mil.news.sina.com.cn/2013-10-29/1012746786.html
