The new FRV hatchback sells like a dream so Brilliance wants more. The first FRV variant to hit the market is the FRV Cross, a 4×4-like automobile without any 4×4 abilities.

Cross will get the same 1.3 and 1.6 patrol engines as all other FRV’s, no diesel but maybe sometime later the 1.8 with and without turbo. Expect prices a bit higher than the boring car, so it’ll be around 8500 USD for the 1.3.

骏捷Cross手动型配备了由华晨绵阳基地生产的1.5L全铝发动机，采用VVT技术，最大功率达75千瓦，甚至高于 1.6L的车型。它的最高车速超过170km/h，排放达到国IV标准；自动型配备的是东安生产的1.6L发动机。整车在保持2580mm轴距的前提下将车身尺寸进行加长，长宽高分别为：4240mm×1820mm×1512mm。同时为增加整车的通过性，经过保时捷专家的精心校调，还将底盘提升了20毫米，使骏捷Cross对各种路面的适应性更强。
