The Lynk 05 will be equipped with a 1.5T high-power, 2.0T (high/low power) engine. The former has a maximum power of 132kW and a peak torque of 265N·m. The latter has a maximum power of 187kW and 140kW, respectively.
The peak torque is 350N·m and 300Nm respectively. The drive system aspect will either match the Aisin 8AT or 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox.
In addition, the Lynk 05 will also introduce PHEV models, the hybrid system consists of a 1.5T engine and motor.

The new car will be powered by a 1.5-liter three-cylinder turbocharged engine developed jointly with Volvo, with a maximum power of 132Kw; the high-end version will be powered by a 2.0-liter four-cylinder turbocharged high- and low-power engine, 140Kw/300 Nm and 175Kw/350Nm. The transmission system is equipped with a third-generation Aisin 8-speed automatic transmission.
